I think it far more likely that Blighty will be the first target when Iran obtains nuclear weapons primarily because it is these days such a soft target. During World War II you sacrificed the Czechs and the Jews hoping to save yourselves. In the end, the Czechs suffered terrible losses, the Jews of Europe were almost completely destroyed, and incompetent Britain was only saved from complete disaster by the benevolence of the Americans.
