Asked about the situation in Lebanon, al-Faisal said: "It's dangerous, particularly if it reaches separatism or the division of Lebanon. This would mean the end of Lebanon as a model of peaceful coexistence between religions and ethnicities and different factions."
If you ever wondered if the Saudis had any sense of humour, now you know. Black humour, that is!
Anyway, Lebanon is a model of coexistence... A model that one should avoid, of course, if one wants peace. Even the Saudis know that there is nothing good that will go out of the situation, so let's hope the Hezbollah doesn't use Israel as a 'reconciliation tool'.

Well if things deteriorate there I'm sure Syria will be anxious to "help".
Oh and wasn't it the Saudis that were pushing the US and Israel to liquidate Hezbollah, according to Wikileaks?
