Of course Birdbrain you fail to mention that he broke the law and had a suspended sentence for a previous offence.

He knowingly broke the law. That's what happens to lawbreakers - except on Planet HateIsrael.

Except Yonithan in a real western style democracy, which we all hope Israel will become, living in peace with the neighbouring state of Palestine more or less along the pre 1967 borders and with Jerusalem as a shared capital, such a demo would not be illegal.

Freedom of assembly, freedom of speech and similar old fashioned stuff.

Anyway you got to admit I make a better Jimmy Olson then Posner

Correction, there is no such thing as 1967 borders. There were cease fire lines that have never been ratified into "borders", nor will they.
So, back to your armchair quarterbrain, do some research before you blog.

What would have happened to this so-called "peace campaigner" if he lived in Iran?

You also fail to mention that this so-called peacenik founded a group with "anarchist" in its name and disgracefully defaced the walls of the Warsaw Ghetto. He is nothing but a lowlife guttersnipe and desreves to be locked up for far longer than three months which was a lenient sentence given the severity of the crime.
ArmchairQuarterback-your support for an enemy of the State of Israel who has no interest in a two state solution but wants the State of Israel to disappear see their website where all they talk about is the end of occupation without defining what they mean by occupation shows just who we are dealing with.

He wasn't charged with any of those things

" the severity of the crime " Remind us what the crime was again please.

The crime was that he had a suspended sentence and broke the law a second time.
Riding a bike does not include creating traffic jams voluntarily, in Western democracies.

In California, a third offense for an intoxicated driver leads to 120 days in jail.

By the way, buying soap in an Israeli shop in Judea Samaria can lead the buyer to jail under PA law.

I suppose you'll complain about that too?

Yeah yeah I get all that . What I want to be reminded of is what was the exact nature of this " severe crime " like what was the law he broke and what did he actually DO to break it

I also get that he might have been executed in Iran but
I am trying to assess whether he would have gone to jail in a western liberal democracy and I need some help here

The usual birdbrains and quarterdicks still spewing their antisemitic hatred, I see. Same old, same old.

Defacing the Warsaw ghetto should entail a one-year prison sentence, no ifs or buts.

If you have a suspended sentence and you break the law again, you get punished. That's what happens under the rule of law, something Jew-hating scum don't have the brain to realise.

Well, you already got the answer, unless you think California is a province of Venezuela.

You can never prove anything to an idiot. He will deny even the simple evidence that we put under his eyes.

9/11 was an inside job, wasn't it, Wheelchair?

Aww, don't you just feel sorry for the little loser?

I hope you are better in bed than you are at constructing cogent arguments or even understanding the basics of ME reality.
You couldn't be any worse.

Wheelchair, your fallacies of describing creating a traffic jam as "a bicycle ride in Tel Aviv" is ludicrous.

Besides, your hero is a persistent offender. And just as in California (a dictature, must be), persistent offenders get jail sentences.

And Wheelchair, this way, you can see that the law applies equally to your cherished 'Palestinians' and to Israelis.

It will give you a lesson in democracy.

"Quarterbrain" might be exaggerated. Drunk driving is also a crime that warrants only a ticket, usually. Three send you to jail. All European countries have laws that say that a suspended sentence will be carried out if the sentenced commits another offense, of whatever kind.

Both (see above). Don't show your double standards, Myopic!

Double standards are a sure sign of antisemitism.
