Anat Kam and the newspaper wars

Oh, what fun The Jerusalem Post is having with the Anat Kam story. The paper is currently splashing the following headline across the top of its website: 'Cancel Haaretz subscriptions 'til military docs returned' (quoting MK Yisrael Hasson, former deputy head of the internal security service). Could they be less subtle?

Coincidentally, Hasson's reaction is nowhere to be found on the Haaretz site....

As if Haaretz would publish Hasson's words - they won't even allow talk backs on this story - for a paper (or should I say rag) which makes the Grauniad appear positively pro-Israel this has been coming for a long time. I suggest Miriam looks at the talk backs on the Ynet site to this story to see what I mean.

Mitnachabel, Talkbacks? Goodness, there's cool, calm and collected views. A bit like the responses on Ci and its evil twin CiFwatch, I would suggest.
