A Muslim country accused of organ theft?

The Kosovo military has been accused of harvesting organs from the bodies of their enemies. Allegedly, this is part of a racket which went all the way up to the Prime Minister, Hashim Thaci, and also included other industrious activities such as heroin trafficking and assassination.

The accusations come from a Europe-wide organisation known as the Council of Europe, which has representatives from 47 countries, and, unsurprisingly, have been vigorously denied by the Kosovan authorities.

I wonder when Jenny Tonge will be making a statement on this to her peers in the House of Lords?

Of course, I don't believe that Kosovars are guilty of such a monstruosity, but if they want that the international community believe they are innocent, they should cooperate with a UN-led international enquiry.

Is Tonge still in the LibDem party?

But, Matt, I had an afterthought... What if Tonge applies double standards and does not ask for a UN enquiry on this?
Will that prove something about her?

And will the "LibDem Friends of Israel" (still sounds like oxymoron, doesn't it?) demand her expulsion of the party?

sorry jose, but you'll be waiting a long time for a Tonge led LibDem request for an UN enquiry into this story; there are no Jews involved here, so no LibDem or UN story.
